Another One.....

So what's with this fiber obsession? I think I contracted the disease from my friend Geraldine. She is all about all things fiber.

I received in the mail a spinning kit (eBay). It included an appalingly cheap drop spindle and 2oz of wool. I practiced all I could stand with it and then went to Hobby Lobby and spent the $3 it took to make 4 decent spindles. Then I spied it.....a bag of wool on the clearance isle for half it's original price! It weighs (I'm guessing here) about a pound and is plenty of fibre to practice with! I am a lousy spinner but I'm learning. I love it!

Just another reason to NOT fold my laundry. Sorry Mom.
